Drone technology has an important role to play on our agave farm. We use drones mounted with multi-spectral cameras that pick up a range of different wave lengths of light. The camera then measure the light being reflected back from our agave which we can then use to measure plant health.
Our drones fly every three months, helping us track the development of the plants. Hear Chris explain how this process works in more detail in the video below!
