Pup Harvesting

The removal of pups off our agave keep our team at Eden Lassie very busy at this time of year.

One agave can produce multiple pups each year - our record is 15 pups from one plant.

‍

Once seperated from the mother plant, we trim the roots and leaves and sanitise the pup before it is transplanted into a new field on the farm.
